Real Estate Specialist to support clients throughout the property search, purchase, and closing experience.
Key Responsibilities - Maintain complete, accurate, and up-to-date property listings
- Monitor local market conditions and recognize emerging trends
- Help clients identify properties that match their objectives, needs, and preferences
- Support negotiations and guide clients through the closing process
- Coordinate transaction information and details in a precise, organized, and timely manner

Responsibilities - Successfully complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program
- Work alongside sales agents to navigate their clients through property showings
- Provide detailed, written feedback to help refine or confirm clients' search criteria
- Develop and negotiate offers on behalf of sales agents and their clients
- Allocate a minimum of 10 hours per week to generating leads
- Participate in weekly script practice sessions in alignment with team standards
- Engage in team activities and uphold team standards
- Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training sessions, and Partner Calls
- Utilize PLACE Technology for task and activity management
