Summary

Join the Vonesh Real Estate Team in Grand Forks, ND as a Showing Assistant and gain hands-on experience with one of the area's leading real estate teams. You'll collaborate with seasoned professionals dedicated to helping you grow and succeed.

With practical industry exposure, thorough training, and ongoing mentorship, you'll develop the skills, knowledge, and confidence to advance in real estate. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals beginning their careers or building on existing experience while creating a solid foundation for long-term professional growth.

Responsibilities

Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
Work with lead sales agent to guide their clients to homes
Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week and host open houses
Participate in weekly script practice and team activities per team standards
Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
